Andrea and Team were there every step of the way. I have never sold a home before and leaned on her professionalism and expertise. When things seem hectic to me, she had my back from curb junk removal of the home to preparing home estimates, obtaining tradesmen and assisting with color options and light fixtures that spruce a home with just the right touch of TLC. Their proprietary software gave me timelines and communications notifications to let me know what was going on in the background when there was a calm for me. She was always responsive with text messages and phones calls. The home sold in 26 days in the mist of winter holidays. I chose Andrea over two others in my initial pick because she offered and provided me estimates without even asking in our initial introduction meetup. In addition, she was highly recommended and vetted by my prior retired realtor. Without a doubt, I plan to use Andrea again for my next milestone move!

Hi Blair, Contractually, you did sign a buyer representation agreement that includes compensation for buyer representation, so it's important to review the duration & terms of that agreement. The next step should be an honest conversation with your Realtor. It's possible your agent may be open to renegotiating a part of your agreement. In most cases, having buyer representation is still in your best interest, someone to negotiate on your behalf, manage risk & apply the contract knowledge & experience needed to guide the transaction from start to finish.
