Coldwell Banker Realty

We were referred to Andrea through a corporate relocation program when moving to the Sacramento area and I'm so happy we were. She is great to work with, dedicated several full days of her time to us when we were on a scouting trip, and she is always eager to answer my many questions that have come up since moving. Not to mention she helped us get the perfect house despite there being other offers. I would definitely recommend Andrea and her team, and I will be choosing her when the time comes to move again!

Andrea and her staff make home selling and buying a pleasant and professional experience. We have worked with her on 4 purchases and 3 sells. All have gone smoothly and timely. From prepping to list through post closing follow up, there is no one else we would trust with our home.

Have you ever had an amazing milestone experience? You want to do it again, right? Well, to me selling a home is one of those milestones. Andrea and Team were there every step of the way. I have never sold a home before and leaned on her professionalism and expertise. When things seem hectic to me, she had my back from curb junk removal of the home to preparing home estimates, obtaining tradesmen and assisting with color options and light fixtures that spruce a home with just the right touch of TLC. Their proprietary software gave me timelines and communications notifications to let me know what was going on in the background when there was a calm for me. She was always responsive with text messages and phones calls. The home sold in 26 days in the mist of winter holidays. I chose Andrea over two others in my initial pick because she offered and provided me estimates without even asking in our initial introduction meetup. In addition, she was highly recommended and vetted by my prior retired realtor. Without a doubt, I plan to use Andrea again for my next milestone move!

Andrea knew the Whitney Ranch in Rocklin market well. She educated us and helped us negotiate a strong offer when there were multiple so we could be competitive and have an edge. She and her business partner, Rochelle, made all the difference in us getting the house we wanted in our preferred location. PLUS, they are extremely kind and accommodating to their clients. It was the best experience weve had as buyers! Thank you so much Andrea Duane & Company!

Where do we start in giving Andrea Duane a review as she has so many beautiful & wonderful qualities! Not only is she professional, detailed & honest in everything she does, Andrea also cares about those she works with. Always making time for you, as if youre her only client! In both transactions of selling and buying our home, she made the process simple, easy to understand and we appreciate her patience and expertise. She was always there for us, each step of the way. We are so happy to have had Andrea as our realtor and friend. The only thing better than Andrea Duane? Is if there were two of her!! Shes absolutely the best!
