We were looking for a unique property in a narrow set of areas. After speaking with several realtors, Andre was the clear best choice for us. He took his time to get to know us and reflected a patience and knowledge set that the other realtors we met did not. He took what what we said and made targeted suggestions and advice that ended up being very much true and accurate. When we explored homes with Andre, he demonstrated expert analysis on valuation, market conditions and property condition itself. With experience as a contractor, he gave us suggestions for renovations and also spotted renovation issues that we did not notice ourselves. Andre was very responsive. He guided us in preparing an offer (we ultimately did not make), but his advice about it was spot on. Ultimately, the property sold by the time and for the price he had predicted. He was knowledgeable about public schools, private schools, sub communities and our religious community, despite not being in it himself. We ultimately decided to rent a home before buying because the difficulty of choosing a neighborhood from afar was too overwhelming. He visited every property quickly, sent us videos and was instrumental in getting our application selected out of many competing applicants in a very competitive neighborhood. Andre is interested in building relationships with his clients, and it shows. When we are ready to buy in a year after we relocate, we will work with him!

ZillowVERIFIED I started working with Camilo after I was referred by a co-worker. I was living at the time in Fort Washington, MD and thought to look within that area. He had explained the process of buying a home in detail as I this was my first home purchase. After a couple of months of looking in Fort Washington, I decided I wanted to look in a completely different area in Springfield, VA. I called the office knowing that Camilo was away at the time to ask some further questions. Andre answered the phone and took time to make sure I had my answers. I appreciated Andre taking the time to answer my questions. It showed they worked well together and had good communication. Finally, I decided to settle in Woodbridge, VA. Total was about 5 months from start to closing. Camilo had shown me many houses. He didn't pressure me into a house and even had me think about some houses that I felt would be good for me. I now understand I was emotionally attached to them and it wasn't a financially sound decision. He was in no hurry to make the sale. He wanted to make sure I made a good decision. We were looking for a house in Bethesda and found it strange that we ended up connected to a broker based in VA. But we really liked him and kept in touch as we were not 100% committed at that time to buying. As we became more serious we found other brokers just wanted to send us massive lists from the MLS of properties that matched our criteria on number of beds/baths, etc. But we could do that on our own on the internet.
