We are moving from Ohio to the Washington DC area and had very particular needs for home, including architecturally, community, educationally and budget-wise. We were looking for a unique property in a narrow set of areas. After speaking with several realtors, Andre was the clear best choice for us. He took his time to get to know us and reflected a patience and knowledge set that the other realtors we met did not. He took what what we said and made targeted suggestions and advice that ended up being very much true and accurate. When we explored homes with Andre, he demonstrated expert analysis on valuation, market conditions and property condition itself. With experience as a contractor, he gave us suggestions for renovations and also spotted renovation issues that we did not notice ourselves. Andre was very responsive. He guided us in preparing an offer (we ultimately did not make), but his advice about it was spot on. Ultimately, the property sold by the time and for the price he had predicted. He was knowledgeable about public schools, private schools, sub communities and our religious community, despite not being in it himself. We ultimately decided to rent a home before buying because the difficulty of choosing a neighborhood from afar was too overwhelming. He visited every property quickly, sent us videos and was instrumental in getting our application selected out of many competing applicants in a very competitive neighborhood. Andre is interested in building relationships with his clients, and it shows. When we are ready to buy in a year after we relocate, we will work with him!

Ten months ago, we wrote a review singing Michelles praises after she sold our house in a fickle market. Since then, we sold another home in Semiahmoo in mid-November. Michelle strikes again!
