ZillowVERIFIEDGreat experience! She was very helpful with the sale of our home. She has assistants who help with professional photos and great staging advice. She created a great online presence for our house. We sold when the market was slower, but we still got asking price.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was very knowledgeable and professional in helping us find the perfect rental. She helped us negotiate and secure the lease in a multi-app situation. She was very flexible in making appointments for showings and created a portal so we could see new listings as they became available. Amy is very knowledgeable about our neighborhood which is why we chose her to sell our home as well. She was instrumental in walking us through the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy's market analysis was thorough and accurate, and she guided us thru that analysis. She knows the area extremely well and how to account for the nuances of similar properties to determine what to list yours for. Even priced aggressively we were under contract in one day above the asking price. With specific advice, Amy helped us stage the inside and outside of the house in ways that best showed off the spaces. She obtained professional photographs of the house which make a huge difference. She was very helpful thru the contract process, explaining the details and making sure we had what we needed, including negotiating a lease-back period for us to help us with the logistics of transferring to a new home.Amy coordinated with us every step of the way. She is attentive and responsive. I very highly recommend Amy to anyone buying or selling in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Dynamo real estate pro! I heartily recommend Amy. Not only is a joy to work with, she's efficient - bringing calm and reassurance to what could have been a hectic selling process. And sell she did. She brought me two over list contacts within 1 1/2 days on the market. Choose Amy! I'm really glad I did.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling a home can be a frustrating experience and it helps to have a strong Realtor guiding you through the process. Amy is a pro. She was thoughtful, caring and committed to getting my house sold and at the price I anticipated. I was impressed with how helpful she was during the entire process and am thankful I had her on my side.

ZillowVERIFIED After a couple bad experiences over the years with realtors, I wanted to choose my next realtor carefully. I studied reviews, cast a wide net on Nextdoor and asked people for referrals.I ended up talking to a number of agents, eliminated those with inaccurate numbers, eliminated others who came across as less than confident. When I met Amy, she had been referred to me by a neighbor on Nextdoor and I was immediately impressed by her track record, her numbers, and her very positive interpretation of the local comps.I asked her repeatedly if she was sure, and she just bristled with energy and a can-do attitude. I ended up listing my house with her, and she brought in her value-add services (stager, professional photographer) and within 24 hours, we were in a multiple-offer situation. I ended up selling well over listing, and she again navigated the appraisal process with no issues. We ended up with a solid buyer and a very smooth closing!Highly recommend Amazing Amy!

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold 5 houses, and been through probably 15 agents in the process. Amy is by far the most professional, knowledgable, and hard-working agent that we have worked with. She wasn't willing to just go the extra mile for us, she was willing to run a marathon for us. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive from Amy.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and then found plenty of houses for me to see. She went above and beyond to help me. Once I found my place, she negotiated on my behalf. I am very impressed and pleased. I would highly recommend Amy Smith to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy had my house under contract within 2 days of placing it on the market. She was always available when i contacted her and updated me through the entire process. She also was able to find me another house to buy all within the same timeframe. I was very specific in what i wanted and she was patient with me and showed me everything i wanted as well as things she thought i might be interested in. She is fantastic and if i buy or sell again i will definitely use her.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is a detail oriented and disciplined professional and it was a pleasure working with her through the sale of our home in Texas. We were living out of state and I was concerned about the logistical and communication issues. But this was a non-issue owing to Amy's detailed approach to every step of the home sale process and excellent and timely communication. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was the 2nrd realotor we had engaged ito sell our house that had been out i the market for nearly 4months without a single offer nor clue why the house is not selling. So she was up against a very skeptical customer and sticky situation to turn aroundShe come in and made a few recommendation. Marketed the house in a different way than just scheduling open houses. Stay with us through the entire process and kept us informed on every single little details. All and all is she is AWESOME and she will probably be my only realtor that I will recommend and use

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is easy to get in touch with and knew the market well. When we were looking for a house she found a few that fit our taste and price range, but that we hadn't found in our own search. We ultimately ended up with one of the houses she showed us and love it! We would definitely recommend working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy helped us both sell our home and buy a new one. She definitely knows the market and was right on the mark when pricing our house. It sold in 9 days! She also knew exactly what we were looking for and what we needed in a new house and never wasted our time on something that didn't fit our needs. She kept up with everything new that came on the market and even knew of homes that hadn't shown up yet. She has a great network that she utilizes to the benefit of her clients. I highly recommend her and promise you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy made selling my house easy for me, she gave me great ideas on what i should do to make my house more attractive to buyers, I took her advice and she sold it in less than 3 weeks, she came up with a selling price for a bit more than the averages in the neighborhood and we got it. I think all the little fix up tips on the house paid off. Amy never had a problem meeting me or answering my calls, i bought a new house 6 months later and yes I used her again and will call her again when and if I purchase another home.Mark Caka
