Magnolia Realty

Sarah Lechner is an incredibly knowledgeable agent who helped us find our dream home in Leander Crystal Falls area. Sarah navigated our search with understanding and a keen focus for our specific asks.

Working with Sarah was a seamless experience from the moment I spoke with her on the phone, and I had a feeling right away that she wasnt only going to help us find a home, but that she would genuinely care about our family and what we were looking for. I was pregnant at the time we were searching, and home buying already comes with plenty of stress and uncertainty, so Sarahs calming presence and the way she walked us through the process made such a difference. She listened closely to what mattered to us and helped us think through decisions without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. We ended up finding our home much faster than we expected, and it checked nearly every box on that aEURoeunicornaEUR? list you make knowing youll probably have to compromise on half of it. It was a little farther out than we originally hoped, but Sarah knew Leander so well and helped us understand the area and what living there could actually look like for our family. That helped us get past some of our hesitation and realize it really was the right home for us. The entire buying process was incredibly smooth, and everyone Sarah recommended, from our lender to our inspector, has been wonderful even beyond closing. More than a year later, it still feels like we became part of a family with Sarah and Magnolia Realty, and we love being included in their family-friendly events throughout the year! The longer we live here, the more we love our home and know we made the right decision. We would recommend Sarah without hesitation, and were so grateful she helped us find the perfect home for our family!

Michelle helped us find a house under some incredible time constraints. She put together a game plan and guided us through some tough choices which landed our first pick of houses. Right off the bat I felt she was as invested in our search as we were. Thank you so much we really couldn't have done it without you.

Natalie did a great job helping me purchase a duplex, which is both my first home and my first rental property. She showed great knowledge in the multi-family market and helped guide me through all the intricacies of becoming a homeowner and a landlord. She has great connections for insurance, contractors, brokers etc., and is very enthusiastic if you prefer your own connections. Natalie was also very patient when I decided that the first house we started negotiating wouldn't work out for me. During the whole process, she was ready to dig into the fine print and adjust anything in order to put my nerves at ease. I feel confident in saying that Natalie is a great realtor for first time homeowners, house hackers, and investors alike!

Natalie made our home buying process very smooth and without frustration. She was thoroughly supportive during the whole ordeal and was quick to respond to all my tests, questions, and emails, no matter what time of day. Every step of the process was explained clearly and we felt genuinely cared for. Her recommended candidates for a loan officer, home inspector, insurance agent, and home concierge also left us satisfied. We highly recommend Natalie as your real estate agent!
