She is very knowledgeable of the local housing market and thorough in every detail from the initial listing to closing. Amy also kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole selling process and explained every option that we had when a potential settlement issue came up with the foundation that was discovered by a representative of the buyer's lender. Right away she solicited estimates from some repair contractors and hired a local professional engineer until the issue was resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

Amy always kept us informed and up to date throughout the process and we got a great two story home for a great price and did not have to pay a dime extra in closing. Ever since purchasing she has always kept in contact with us and checked on us to make sure our transition into the state and the home was comfortable. Earlier this year we found out we had to move away from Virginia with very short notice. We contacted Amy and she got out house listed and sold. Amy knew what she was doing because we were so scared that since we only had the home for such a short time, we would end up owing after selling. Thank You so much to Amy, we did not owe anything on our home and we do not have to worry about mortgage in another state. On top of all of this, Amy is the sweetest and most honest realtor we have ever come across. If we moved back to Virginia, we will definitely be going back to her a third time.

ZillowVERIFIED In the beginning of selling our home it appeared that everything was going smoothly. But on the day of closing, (Wed), we were notified by Amy that the appraisal was 3K below the selling price. Amy never gave a solution until my wife said let's split it between the sellers and us. Amy never offered to assist us but instead assisted the buyers along with their agent. Our movers had packed our home and were ready to travel to our new destination in Massachusetts. We were ready to close, (Fri) however the buyers had to submit more paperwork. (In short we later found out that they were lacking a lot of needed paperwork). All Amy would tell us was that, "It was the buyer's lender's fault and that we are selling your home for 18K over its value". Basically get over it was their attitude. This was reiterated by her supervisor when we spoke with her. After two weeks in a hotel in Massachusetts and accumulating storage cost we closed. Never did Amy or anyone from Liz Moore offer to assist us with the extra cost that we incurred in our hotel stay or storage costs. This all could have been avoided. On numerous occasions prior to the initial closing I asked Amy if everything was ready for closing and her response was, "Yes". If she were truthful and forthcoming we could have adjusted our days for moving. But two weeks and their claims that they could not get in touch with the buyers agent or their lender? Since the closing and selling on our Chesterfield home we not heard from Amy. Very sad. I would not recommend this agent nor Liz Moore Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy Lloyd was our realtor for the sale of our house in June 2019 and made the process a breeze! I called her in February and she immediately put things in motion. We were working with tenants that had a lease until the fall but we put the house on the market May 1st and had an offer in a few days along with an agreement from our tenants that they would move by the end of the month. Amy did everything from finding and scheduling contractors for estimates to talking with our tenants and giving them contacts to help them find a new home. I would definitely call her again if I had a home to sell. We were very pleased!
