We recently hired Sharanya Nair as our realtor, to help us sell our family home. From the very beginning, Sharanya was very responsive to our many questions and requests for advice. She explained the process from start to finish and laid out all our options along the way. She gave us a range of recommended improvements we could make to our house, and her estimate on how much the improvements would improve our sale price. She reached out to her contacts for the work we had done and helped us negotiate fair prices with them. Sharanya held them to a tight timeline to complete the work. Once we finished the work, Sharanya arranged for a stager and photographer to finish getting us ready to go to market. We listed our house according to our original plan, and within four days we had three full price offers. She talked through the differences of each offer and helped us select the one that best met our needs. She represented us well when dealing with potential buyers. Once we had accepted an offer, Sharanya helped us negotiate the terms of the sale and we closed just under four weeks after we first listed. Sharanya continued to work on our sale right up til the very end. She even called us to check on how we were doing after the sale. We really felt Sharanya cared for us, not just as clients, but also as friends. We will look back on our experience with her fondly. Without hesitation, we would recommend Sharanya Nair and her team to anyone considering selling their home.
