I don't know where to start when it comes to singing Sharanya's praises. I had a home that had been sitting on the market for way too long, in part because of a previous realtor that put so little effort into selling it. Working with Sharanya has been as utterly amazing as the previous experience disappointing. She knows the market well, is thoughtful and opinionated about the best choices to make in a selling journey, communicates so clearly and proactively, and really just had my back always with what seemed like 200% attention and effort. I not once had to ask for an update because she was so ahead of the curve on every aspect of getting the house ready for sale, and everything from the staging to the videos was beyond what I expected. My house was an empty divorce home; a sad painful situation that was difficult to move past. I called many agents after my first one gave up, but Sharanya was the only one who'd thought to ask about my situation with my ex and how to be respectful of that dynamic. She reads people extraordinarily well and immediately, correctly intuited my goals. To put it differently, I called many realtors, and almost all of them saw a house.
