We went into this process with a pre-approval from our lender and Amanda was able to provide another lender that offered us a much, much, lower rate than what we currently had. Amanda was very prompt with all of our communications and worked very hard to negotiate for us. She was able to negotiate with the seller to have everything on our home inspection report fixed, sellers paid the closing cost, and negotiated at a price point below the asking price. Even after we purchased our home, Amanda checks in with us regularly to make sure all is well with the house. She has even been able to offer recommendations for any work that we may want to have done to our home in the future. If you are looking to buy a home, I highly recommended Amanda!
