We cannot begin to thank Amanda enough in helping us on our homeownership journey. Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying process. As first time home owners, we were hesitant to go through this process but Amanda made it so easy. Amanda stuck to our desired budget and showed us how far our budget would go in different areas of the puget sound. We went into this process with a pre-approval from our lender and Amanda was able to provide another lender that offered us a much, much, lower rate than what we currently had. Amanda was very prompt with all of our communications and worked very hard to negotiate for us. She was able to negotiate with the seller to have everything on our home inspection report fixed, sellers paid the closing cost, and negotiated at a price point below the asking price. Even after we purchased our home, Amanda checks in with us regularly to make sure all is well with the house. She has even been able to offer recommendations for any work that we may want to have done to our home in the future. If you are looking to buy a home, I highly recommended Amanda!

Amanda did a great job helping us prepare to sell our house. She made sure we had things in line before we put it on the market, listened to what we wanted and executed our plan and achived our goals.

Amanda found me a fantastic home. Told her what I was looking for in a home and she did it. She will always respond to calls and texts the same day, if not within an hour. Overall Im so thankful for my house and her help.
