ZillowVERIFIED Have you ever wondered why real estate commissions are so high? In the past I have certainly felt like I didn't get a whole lot of bang for the buck. However, I finally feel like I found an agent who earned her commission and much, much more. In fact, I would have gladly paid Alyssa an even higher commission than the going rate! How did she go above and beyond? First, she was able to quickly evaluate our domicile and encouraged us to rectify or correct a few high priority items (necessary painting). However, she prioritizes effectively and understands what improvements are not likely to bring commensurate value. Even though we were paranoid they could lead to buyer disinterest she reassured us it wouldn't have a significant impact. ZillowVERIFIED Alyssa does excellent work.The home we purchased had multiple full price offers and one above, for cash. Alyssa's knowledge and understanding of the market and writing offers in general won us the bid and we got the home we desired and it still appraised for more. We are so happy with her, we had her list our previous home. I seriously undervalued the property and through her research, she came up with a better market price for our home, and we went with her advice when listing. The home had four offers the lowest being full price. We ended up selling the home for so much over asking that any relator fees were negligible from the original price. Alyssa is an excellent communicator, was always available when we had questions and she knows the time sensitivity of the market. The pictures she published of our home were astounding, she also advised us what we should or shouldn't do to the property before listing and worked with us for months before the listing. Including help with staging. I cant say enough good things about her, she has integrity and is a honest, good person that wants to find the perfect fit for your needs. I recommended her to a friend, and there experience was much like ours.
