Equity NW

Traci did a great job helping me relocate from out of state. Her skill level and professionalism was consistently excellent, and her ability to problem solve was very impressive. The followup after closing to ensure I had the right resources to prepare for move in was on target and much appreciated!

My husband and I sold our home with Traci this spring and had a wonderful experience after a rocky attempt with selling last year. In this challenging sellers market, its important to have someone like Traci in your corner who truly understands housing dynamics and all the little details that add up to a huge difference when trying to get offers. We found Traci to be proactive, inquisitive and creative in her approach to staging, pricing and negotiating deals. We would recommend Traci to anyone in the Portland/Vancouver area. Shes up for the challenge!

Traci was amazing to work with. She works hard and cares about what she does. I feel like Traci went above and beyond in so many wasy to help sell my house. I'd recomend her to anyone!

Traci was AMAZING and Id recommend her to anyone looking for their new home! She was knowledgeable, responsive, and all around fun to be around during the process as a first time buyer

Traci was so helpful with all of our questions and concerns, especially as this property had 2 HOAs to navigate. She also helped get our meetings, inspection, closing, etc on a schedule that worked perfectly for us.
