In order to assist us Alison was accommodating to the time difference in our schedules and conducted WhatApp tours of prospective home. In doing so she was thorough in her walk-through pointing out both nice features and detractors ranging from cosmetic blemishes to potential hazards. Perhaps most important of all was Allisons skill at crafting a competitive offer. In the sellers market of 2022 houses were rapidly being bought far above the initial asking price. Allison was able to craft an offer package that enabled us to be competitive, competitive enough to secure the house, without pushing us out of our price point. I personally attribute that to her years in the area, knowing local conditions and other realtors, so that she knew which approaches were more likely to succeed.
