Long and Foster Real Estate

Marley was a pleasure to work. She has a strong knowledge of markets and best ways to proceed with the sell of our house. I recommend her very highly.

Christy provides world class service throughout the entire process. I bought and sold a home with Christy. She responded immediately to any questions or issues when they arose and provided great advice throughout. I trust her implicitly and recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.

Marley was a true professional in everything she did. Sold my home for $2.3 million to the first buyer that looked at the home. The home was sold for $400,000 more than another realtor sugggested for a value. Although we received a contract immediately, Markey continued her marketing efforts in the event the contract fell through. She is absolutely an ambassador for Long & Foster.

Marley is a leader in luxury real estate because she knows the market climate, has the tailored strategies to get maximum exposure, the right buyer, & top price. Her communication & response time is superb & pays attention to every detail of the sales & closing transaction. My wife and I couldnt not have been more pleased and that is saying something! Marley & Christy are the best!

I have worked with Marley and Christy for years as both listing/selling agents and as buyers agents. They have helped my wife and I buy three homes and sell three homes. I would not use any other agent in Williamsburg. Their knowledge of the area and real estate trends make them an invaluable team. I would recommend Marley and Christy to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Williamsburg area.
