Its crazy how emotional home buying can be, but Alex kept things cool like a fresh Faygo shower at a Juggalo gathering. Sometimes I would think to myself, aEURoeHow is Alex doing all this stuff on his own?aEUR? Well guess what, its not just him, he has an amazing team there to support you as well. I like to see numbers to help me walk through what to expect - Alex explained the numbers and what each of them "meant" in a way that made perfect sense. Too many things to put in a review but I felt extremely comfortable and easy working with Alex (and Wendy) from the first call through the sale process. Availability, transparency, communication and understanding the process were all very important to me and Alex and Wendy exceeded all my expectations. Glaser group came highly recommended, so we contacted Alex , and bought our new property. Our old house was outdated and needed freshening up. Alex helped us in locating contractors for painting, flooring, etc. He kept in contact, making sure all was going well. Sometimes buying a new house, selling the old one, can be stressful. They also have checked in with us since to make sure everything is going well. Alex has made it such an easy selling experience. There are so many perks with working with him, from a moving truck for clients to borrow ,to private movie viewings and Halloween parties for the whole family. I also liked that they donated money to the local animals shelter in my name. Oh and there photographer is amazing. :) I could go on and on about how great Alex and his team are!
