Alberta exhibited superior knowledge of the housing market and the art of negotiations. I was skeptical that we would be able to get a sale at the CMA price she came up with. However, we received competing offers with one greater than the asking price. We had a ratified contract within 48 hours. Her negotiations skills, they were also great. There were issues along the process that could have been costly to me, had not been for Alberta. You can certainly feel confident that Alberta is going to protect her client. Most of my dealings were with her assistant, Cheri Post. Cheri is a true asset to Alberta's team. She was lightening fast and accurate on her responses. Either one of the 2 would be a good choice, but when together they are a great choice complimenting each other. Thank you Cheri and Alberta.
