RE/MAX Allegiance

Alberta exhibited superior knowledge of the housing market and the art of negotiations. I was skeptical that we would be able to get a sale at the CMA price she came up with. However, we received competing offers with one greater than the asking price. We had a ratified contract within 48 hours. Her negotiations skills, they were also great. There were issues along the process that could have been costly to me, had not been for Alberta. You can certainly feel confident that Alberta is going to protect her client. Most of my dealings were with her assistant, Cheri Post. Cheri is a true asset to Alberta's team. She was lightening fast and accurate on her responses. Either one of the 2 would be a good choice, but when together they are a great choice complimenting each other. Thank you Cheri and Alberta.

I'm so glad we had Alberta and Shawn as our realtors! They handled the sale our of old home and helping us find our new home. The process was stress free, they were always available to answer questions and they found a home that met all of our criteria. Now we're living in our forever home thanks to the Huwar's ??

Yes Alberta Huwar did a excellent job, always got back to me on a timely fashion and met all my expectations I am very well pleased. Thanks Mrs Huwar and God Bless You!

Alberta is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She's extremely knowledgeable and was helpful throughout the entire process. Alberta was able to sell our home and help us find a new in record timing. She attended all meetings and genuinely had our best interest at heart. Very professional and kept open communication with me the entire time. I would most definitely recommend Alberta as she made my home buying experience extremely seamless and memorable.
