Adam always respond to my email, text, phone within mins. 2. Patient. He has been cool all the time even when I got upset and threw bad fit to him, and has always focus on solving the problems 3. Advisory. He does not only do administrative work or tries to be a messenger between the buyer and me, but really gave me a lot of advice on how to improve the condition of the house with cost sensitivity. He also tried intelligently hard to close the price gap between the buyer and I. 4. Professional. He knows what he does and knows where the lines are, which made me very comfortable and warm I would definitely recommend Adam to my family and friends if there is a chance.

We had bad luck in working with a buyers agent that was very unresponsive but Adam was on top of it all and made sure things progressed in a timely manner. I love the team mentality that Mission Realty has. We felt well taken care of so we could focus on our transition from our sale to our new place. On top of that, we loved the advertising skills of this agency. Our pictures and video were top notch and reached so many buyers! We had two offers within the first week and received very close to our asking! All around, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend and hire Mission Realty again!

Over a year ago I was just browsing at homes online I thought were pretty but was not actually considering to purchase anything. I was just dreaming at the time as that home I came across on his site was not even in my budget. Adam however contacted me since I did sign up on his site so I could see more pretty houses. He was so friendly and not pushy at all. I let him know I was not interested in buying at the time and wasnt really looking then just browsing for what I might want one day in life. I didnt want to waste his time when he could be pursuing real possible sales leads. He still would call just to check on me from time to time even though he knew I wasnt going to start looking yet and was always very friendly and letting me know I could reach out to him if I ever had any questions no matter what. His nice emails and phone calls made a good impression on me and several months later I decided I wanted to start looking and he was the only person I wanted to give my business to. I didnt even have to reach out to call him myself to give him the news because he called and checked on me just because and was right on time! Some realtors I never heard from again when I said I wasnt interested but Adam made it a point to stay in communication and develop a rapport and that really stood out in my mind. After looking at a few homes I ended up going the route of wanting new construction. Adam was there by my side to check things out with me and offered great advice about the neighborhood and how it would be a wise choice to invest in buying a home there. I appreciated his advice because I knew he was being genuine and not just trying to hurry and make money off me. My whole process was smooth and easy and I appreciate the time he and his team put in to help me achieve home ownership. I will most definitely work with them again on future purchases!
