Diane is AMAZING! I knew I wanted to work with her from the first time I spoke with her on the phone. As a first time homebuyer I was nervous and just a little scare that someone would take advantage of me because this was my first time. I explained that to her and totally understood. Diane helped me get into a first homebuyer class (which I needed for the down-payment assistance program) and then helped me find the perfect condo and below my budget might I add. She wanted to know everything I liked and disliked about each home tour and was always a phone call away when I had questions. She is kind, caring and funny. She doesn't back down and will fight for her clients. She helped me find my condo in about 4 months! It is now January 2026 about 4 months after purchasing my home and she still checks in. When I do sell this place in the future and want to buy something else I will definitely be using Diane!
