With technology advancing you never know if you are being watched or listened to in homes. It is a good idea to wait until you have left the home to discuss it with your Realtor!

It is all about value. There is so much that is done behind the scenes. Do you want a desperate agent to sell your home or an experienced one? Do you want marketing to generate more potential buyers or do you want just the MLS and a sign? Drone footage, video tour or just a few cell phone pics?

It does depend on the smell. Charcoal briquettes placed in bowls around the home may absorb the odor. Cut apple slices also - they are used often in cars to get the cigarette smell out, believe it or not! An ozone generator will also help.
