Hi William, It is best to have someone come to your home and be able to access what is needed and the cost. Then you can make a choice from there. I have options for people that need up front money to do repairs. Some repairs may be necessary and some may not be. Also if you do updates you need to be careful as you do not want to put money into a home that maybe it would not make a difference. Many people are going want their own creativity. Good luck!
