If you are not able to get in contact with the agent I would find out who the broker is and contact that person. You can tell your story to him/her. Hopefully, they can redirect you to another agent or cancel your contract.

You will have to have an outside shot for the MLS. If you chose to not have interior shots taken, that is up to you. Although, a lot of buyers may not want to look at your home because they may think you are hiding something. If you are located in a very marketable area, it may not be a problem

There are many ways: first, I would walk into your home and pretend you are new to it. What do you see, smell, hear, and feel when you walk in. That is what a buyer is going to experience. All of your senses should be a positive. An experienced and well trained agent should be able to help you get your home in tip top shape.
