What does pending mean?

Pending means the property has accepted an offer and are currently in Attorney Review. It is sometimes available to still see, but with knowledge they have an accepted offer.

Can seller back out after they accept?

Hi Charlene, If you are still in Attorney Review the seller can still back out. It is important to find an attorney that can get you out of Attorney Review completed quickly. Mine is done in 2-4 days tops.

Is there a realtor fee for a first time buyer?

There are no realtor fees for buyers all the realtor fees are paid for by the sellers. A good first step is to reach out to a good mortgage company and see what your buying power will be. Then you know exactly where you can start looking.
