We live remotely from the sale location, and Jack handled all the prep/renovation/staging/photos just perfectly. He had connections with all the local contractors and coordinated quite a bit of work with them, all without any issues. He was VERY reachable and kept us informed throughout with emails and voice calls. He explained the process and what would be coming next, and everything flowed perfectly to a quick contract and smooth closing. ZillowVERIFIED After meeting with three Realtors I hire Jack to handle the sale of my home based on his experience, responsiveness and thoroughness.For example, out of all the Realtors I've called, Jack was the only one whom answered my called and returned my called promptly. He showed up on the date and time agreed and was the only Realtor that took note as he view the property. During the listing I've have no problem contacting Jack whenever I have something to go over with him. Him answering his phone was 95%, responding to email during business hours, less then an hour. Weekend less then 5hrs. One time I sent him an email at 12:02am Saturday and he responded 4:30am the same day. I listed my home on September 14th and escrow closed on October 12th. If your are looking for someone who take it seriously when it come to selling your home Jack is your man.
