Jack Klemm recently sold my house in Tracy, CA. The market is very difficult and unstable right now, but Jack pulled it off. I was extremely satisfied with his high level of professionalism and the care he took in involving me in every step. He can shoot back an email response faster than anyone! When we decided to sell our house, he was patient with us while we got it in tip-top shape to put on the market. Once it was on the market it sold in one-weekend!
