Originally born and raised in San Jose, California, I relocated to Houston, TX in 1999. While in California I was a mortgage loan officer until 1997. In the late 90's, at the age of 23, I opened my first online business. At the time, the internet in most people's minds was America Online. I created and designed my first website for my company, Personalized Chocolate, LLC., located at www.gocandy.com where it still operates today almost 20 years later.

As a Chocolatier, I have produced personalized chocolate for 175 Fortune 500 Companies such as, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Apple, Bank of America, Starbuck, Disney and many many more. My chocolate coins have been featured on the Food Network, Martha Stewart Living and The View. Selling to some of the largest companies in the world takes keen negotiation and advertising skills. These same skills are used to negotiate and advertise on your behalf for your real estate transactions.
