CB&A Realtors

Tim is the absolute best! No, he is literally saved in my phone as "Tim Best Realtor Ever". I was a first time home buyer, he was so thorough and patient with me. Also, I have a very hectic schedule, Tim ALWAYS made time for me and any questions I had. I hope to work with Tim again soon! I cannot recommend his services enough.

Tim is an awesome realtor. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is very personable and has a great sense of humor. He guided me and my husband through every step of the sale process. We decided to sell, take our profits and lease for awhile. He was also able to help us find a nice lease home. Tim was always very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He seems to be an expert in his field and wants the very best for his clients. He helped us every step of the way and was able to refer many services to us we needed to prep the house for sale which made it that much easier. No extra work on my part! He is fair and will negotiate the best possible deal he can for you. I highly recommend Tim and we will definitely use him in the future when we purchase a home again.

Tim is a consummate professional. He has both leased and sold properties for me. He promised results and simply delivered. He goes above and beyond what other agents provide. I would highly recommend Tim, and will use him on my next purchase or sale.

I would highly recommend Tim. He sold my house in 5 days. He also was very helpful by getting his contractors to quickly fix the issues that the buyers inspection identified. I feel that he helped me get full value for my house.

Tim sold our house 2 days after listing it! I can't say enough about how impressed we are with him. He is extremely professional and gave us expert advice. If I still lived in Texas, there wouldn't be anyone else I would ever use to buy or sell a house. He is the gold standard in which we will measure all other real estate agents by in the future. Thanks so much Tim!!
