ZillowVERIFIEDWhat an amazing experience!! Working with Dough and his Inhabit Collective team through my home sale was one of the best real estate decisions Ive ever made. They operated with a level of care, design sensibility, and professionalism that is rare in the industry, and it showed in every step of the process. Doug and his team became our trusted advisers through our whole process, and their experience, process and advice, were right on target with how we were feeling and how the market was acting. They are a true partner, really listening to the realities of what we were going through, investing their knowledge in us, as we invested in them. Doug and his team didn't treat us just like any real state transaction, they treat it like a two way relationship, listening, advising and executing at a high level. Again, Thank you Doug and team! You are exceptional at what you do!

ZillowVERIFIED Doug and his team were exceptional from start to finish. We had previously listed our home with another realtor for five months with very little traction. Doug immediately identified what needed to be done to improve marketability. Doug and his team provided practical (and low-cost) recommendations and helped align the right specialists and contractors to get the work done right. The increase in visibility and buyer traffic was obvious from day one, and we went from listing to close of escrow in under two months. Doug truly helped take the stress out of the process and delivered results. His team was always available to talk and answer questions and provided a level of transparency and communications that our prior realtor greatly lacked. Not only that, but I'm confident that his knowledge of San Clemente (and in our case Talega) helped the buys and their agents realize that our home was the right fit for the client. 10/10 would recommend (and would use again)

ZillowVERIFIED Doug was our broker for a recent sale in Capistrano Shores in San Clemente. I have nothing but positives to say about my experience with Doug and his associates. From beginning to end they were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, transparent, and accommodating. They arranged some things that needed doing, saving us significant hassle. Our property was presented in an extremely polished and showcase-type manner and sold promptly for a good price. Doug's extensive experience with and knowledge of the local market were a tremendous benefit. He offered helpful advice when needed. I especially appreciated the easy and ready communication. We were kept updated regularly on the status of things, Doug was readily available, and we were given any assistance we needed. From start to finish we hardly had to lift a finger. This review may seem a little over the top, but it really was this good. I highly recommend Doug and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Rarely have I found a high profile broker / realtor / business owner of Dougs ilk to be humble. They are invariably the opposite. Doug, on the other hand, is the quintessential professional. Throughout the entire process, he conducted himself with tact, humility, composure and discipline. His professional conduct standards are exemplary. We couldnt be happier with the outstanding job that he and his team did for us. His entire team were exceedingly polite, knowledgeable, communicative, informative, and each of them a true delight to work with. With pleasure we refer Doug and his team loudly and proudly to anybody whom has real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Doug Echelberger and his team to purchase our new beachfront home in Capistrano Shores. This was a complex transaction with significant delays in a unique community, and we were so happy that we had Doug and his team guiding us through. Weve purchased and sold several homes, and Doug, Carissa and the rest of the Inhabit team were the most responsive, knowledgeable, and professional real estate team members weve had the pleasure of working with. We highly recommend the Inhabit team and would certainly use them again for future transactions!

ZillowVERIFIED Doug Echelberger represented us on the sale of a heirloom vacation home in which the Seller parties consisted of 3 separate families who had inherited the property. There were varying levels of real estate experience and motivations within the Seller group, and the market conditions were somewhat challenging, but Doug's team did a fantastic job of positioning the property in a manner that quickly generated multiple offers, and we successfully closed the transaction with a deal that satisfied all the Seller parties. Throughout the process, Doug kept everybody well-informed, and he exhibited extreme patience in dealing with a diverse collection of interests and knowledge within the Seller party. We were extremely pleased with Doug's efforts, his professionalism, and his communication skills.

ZillowVERIFIED Doug Echelberger and his team are incredible to work with. Doug has worked with my family with real estate and property transactions for many years. Recently we had the opportunity to work again with Doug in San Clemente after several years of trying to move to the area. Before our move, Doug and his team kept us up to date with homes coming available, location to schools and which areas of San Clemente would be a better fit for our family and business. During the transaction and closing process, Doug monitored every detail and represented our very best interest. No realtor knows Orange County better than the Echelberger group.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Doug Echelberger for over 15 years when I chose him to represent the sale of our home in San Clemente. That experience was so pleasant, the transaction so easy, that when my elderly Mom decided to sell her home and downsize, there was only one agent to call - Doug Echelberger! Once again, Doug and his talented team guided us through a very successful sale of her home with professionalism, integrity and sensitivity to the situation of my Mom transitioning to assisted living. A few years later, we needed the right agent to help us during a time of sad family loss with the sale of my beloved brothers home. I called Doug, and he was right there to provide the perfect blend of compassion, professional expertise and took care of all of the details with utmost integrity. Doug and his whole team are so responsive, they keep you covered and informed every step of the way. I highly endorse and recommend Doug Echelberger for all of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Doug and his team helped our family sell our home and purchase another home. Dougs knowledge of the San Clemente market was second to none. He knew what properties were available as well as those coming onto the market. He quickly understood our needs and likes. He found us a new home quickly and had our old house under contract within a week. He supported us through the sale and purchase processes and answered all of our questions. He handled inspections, repairs, and various other issues without hassle or hesitation. He was always available when we needed anything. He far exceeded every expectation we had and delivered time and again, and always with a smile. I cant envision better service or results. If you are considering buying or selling a home, particularly in San Clemente, you cannot find anyone better than Doug and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Doug and his competent team recently sold my condo in San Clemente. I was the recipient of exceptional service and competency. It was not really until I was faced with the many decisions required as a seller that my trust for Doug and his team became evident to me. I found myself not worrying about anything at all! This is not typical of my nature. Doug and his team made me feel that there was no need to worry due to their competence and proactive approach to all the many details and moving parts in the sale. The part of the service that I most appreciated was each time I consulted Doug, I never felt like he was anywhere else but with me. He was 100% present in all our interactions. This was a bit of a surprise given that my property was on the "more affordable" end of the spectrum! I never felt rushed or unimportant. I never felt that my sale was any less important than any other sale. Every interaction was exceptional and I highly recommend Doug and his team to anyone considering buying or selling. Doug and his team are professional, trustworthy and highly competent.

ZillowVERIFIED Doug Echelberger and team at Echelberger Group, affiliated with Pacific Sothebys International Reality is the definition of a trusted realtor. Doug and his associates handled the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home with remarkable professionalism, especially considering that most of it was done with my wife and I confined thousands of miles away on the east coast. Doug and his team assisted with, arranged for and even supervised most of the tasks associated with preparing, repairing, showing and eventually selling our home. He went above and beyond what is expected of any realtor, even helping us rid our yard of a recently established beehive. The job that Dougs team did with the photos and virtual tour posted on the web were so amazing that it made us stop and question why we were selling our home. It showed so well that it sold in just three days after a remarkable number of on-line viewings. For the few actual showing at our home, strict COVID protocols were followed so we felt safe and comfortable in our home when we eventually returned from the east coast. From our initial contact, into negotiations, through the escrow process and even beyond the final closing Doug and his skilled team provided constant, prompt, concise and clear communications. Their use of electronic documents and e-signing made the entire process easy and safe. Importantly, their cost approximations were remarkably close to the final figures. Finally, I think the highest praise came from my loan officer handling the purchase of our new home. She said she has never worked with a team as efficient as the Echelberger Group.
