Doug was amazingly patient, and a truly experienced broker. I know he services a whole area, but he is an absolute expert on Talega and he has his pulse on every home in the neighborhood. He started talking to me when I bought the condo, I sold it almost 20 years later and he was available the whole time and kept me up to date for ages. Honestly, I don't think we paid him enough because he really worked on my deal for 20 years, but he was so great keeping me in the loop with all the happenings in the area. He was also amazing in the sale itself, he was clear about his expertise but allowed me to make the final call. He seriously knew everything before it happened and what I could do about it. Our deal was unique (every one is) but I would never have used another broker, he was the best decision I made. To be fair, I knew after 5 years I would never sell with anyone else, so I never even thought of not using him, but my actual experience with him was everything I had hoped for, he was calm and clear under pressure, truly a guide that made the process work.
