I highly recommend Jillian! From our first conversation, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me sell my home and tried to lower the stress of the lack of communication on the buyers realtor and the complications that was caused by the buyers realtor. She insured that the buyers bank received the time sensitive, required information when the buyers realtor did not. She was always responsive to my questions and concerns. Do all realtors charge the same percentage rate ?

Hi Shirley, All agents do not charge the same amount. It can vary greatly, as well as services the agent provides. Some agents take their own photos, some use professional photography, some invest more in advertising the property than others. When you interview agents ask them what type of service they provide and it should help you make your decision!

How much does an Appraisal usually cost?

Hi Paul, There are a few factors that would go into this. It depends on the area you are in, how busy the appraisers are at the time and how quickly you need it back by, the size and similar factors of the home. You should be able to call and get an estimate from either your lender or a local appraising company. Where I am located an average home appraisal is roughly $600 at the moment.
