We work our schedule around our clients' schedules and are available to meet anytime during the day, night or weekend. Whether a buyer or seller, we know that our clients' time is extremely valuable and we do what we can to be fully prepared so that we can maximize our time spent with our clients. When assisting buyers, our first objective is to assess their wants and needs. This insight will help us guide our clients in their search. Buyers are typically seeking more than a home; they are typically seeking a lifestyle. If a buyer is unfamiliar with the area, we offer to give them a comprehensive tour so that they get a better feel for the area and the charm that each sub-market might offer. We help educate them on the neighborhood amenities, traffic patterns, and even drive times to their children's school and/or their own workplace. We further educate our buyers on property taxes, flood zones, homeowner's associations and covenants and restrictions. We understand the new homes market as well, so we can assist our buyers with building their dream home, if that is their desire. Similarly when assisting sellers, our first objective is to understand our clients' goals. These goals are typically financially motivated but they may also relate to timelines and sometimes the balance of selling one property and immediately purchasing another. Preparation is the key to meeting all of their goals and we are fully prepared to guide our clients through the entire selling process. Overall, our goals are to help our clients make good decisions and assist them with every step of the sales process. Communication is essential. Buyers need guidance on the process from start to finish. Sellers need to know what we are doing to get their home sold. We try to put ourselves in the shoes of each of our clients to gain perspective, meet their needs and anticipate and handle any issues before they occur.
