Matt Davies

Matt Davies, a Florida native, excelled in our local schools and went on to get his degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Florida. After graduation, Matt worked for two major retail companies: Samsonite and Bed, Bath Beyond. As a top executive in the retail field, Matt learned to master the fast-paced world of sales, the value of teamwork, and the importance of integrity and trust when dealing with a real estate transaction. Matt has served central Florida for over 17 years and has sold over 1600 homes in his real estate career with a volume of over 367 million. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. Matt holds the highly respected GRI designation which guarantees he will perform at a high level of sophistication with a strongly developed solid foundation of knowledge and negotiation skills no matter what market condition. He is also a Certified Residential Specialist which is a prestigious designation from the National Association of REALTORS® that fewer than 3% of the Realtors hold nationwide. Matt is a dynamic, well-rounded realtor with exceptional listening skills and a "can do" attitude. He has a keen eye for finding the perfect property for his clients and works diligently to ensure smooth transactions. Matt believes in giving back to the community and supports numerous local charities including First Harvest Food Bank, Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation, and the University of Central Florida. When he's not helping clients buy and sell property, Matt enjoys spending time RVing in Central Florida, watching sports, and tasting local craft beers. He loves the beach, traveling, listening to all types of music and playing golf.
