ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we decided to sell our rental property in March 2020, we didn't have high expectations of a positive outcome. In these times of COVID-19, with high unemployment and social distancing, we thought that these were the worst of times for selling a house. We met with Collin the first time in mid-March when we were in the middle of house repairs. He laid out a plan with a time schedule as to how and when things were going to happen. The house was listed the last week of March, and that very first week we had multiple offers. We ended up accepting one that was $10K over our asking price. We closed on the house within a month of listing the property. Throughout the whole process, Collin kept in constant contact with us giving us updates on how things were progressing. Collin and his staff are truly amazing people to work with and we will continue to work with them in the future. Thanks Collin
