Collin McDowell

Collin McDowell is a leading real estate professional with Exp Realty. He previously served as Vice President and Senior Partner for a local independent real estate firm where he helped build the firm from under 30 agents to over 120 within seven years before he began with EXP Realty. He has helped build and manage successful teams for over 14 years while specializing in the Coastal Virginia area all while consistently remained a top selling agent with his team the McDowell Team serving buyers, sellers, and investors all across the tidewater and Hampton roads region. Collin has an extensive understanding of the coastal market, having worked as a top agent since 2008, coaching and training other agents to be their best possible selves. A contributor to Forbes Real Estate Council and speaker at events both locally and nationally, he shares his knowledge on various topics ranging from technology trends to customer service techniques.
