With her grand opening galas, record-breaking sales, and a white-glove concierge-minded personality, Melody Smith has become a fixture of the South Orange County luxury real estate market. She is the founder and CEO of the Melody and Associates sales team and co-owner of the powerhouse Regency Real Estate Brokers firm, which secured over $700 million dollars in closed residential sales last year.

Melody and her team have emerged as one of Orange County's top real estate success stories, having sold equestrian estates, water front properties and vacation villas to a virtual who's who list of the countries most successful individuals. Melody has provided the leadership and vision for her team to succeed and thrive, not only in terms of real estate market share and sales volume, but in all aspects of the industry including delivering the keynote address to the World Real Estate Congress in Dubai in 2018 and being named a 2019 RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker and Influencer.

As a mother of four (humans) and two (dogs), Melody supports all things rescue and is uber-involved in her children's schools including funding the PTA, athletics, and student college scholarships.
