Melody was introduced to us by a family friend. She was the listing agent who sold them the house they were pursuing. They were very impressed by her and we soon realized why. She knows the south OC area very well and has a great reputation among all real estate agents. Her best ability is to understand what is it you are looking based on your budget and guide you through the process. So often, because of the housing market conditions, we felt we had to settle on a property that didn't meet all our needs and she would be the one to bring sense to us and stop us from placing offers. We ended up placing only one offer on a house we loved and met everything we wanted, and she was instrumental in us getting our dream house at the asking price. We truly loved working with her and have recommended her to all our friends.

I saw the listing and when I called Melody answered, which never happens when I call listings and we set up an appointment for that day. Melody walked us thru the home and answered all of our questions and one question she was not sure of got back to us the same day. I was amazed that she knew every detail of the area. One issue I had was that I had another property I was selling in escrow and didn't want to get a loan if possible, instead of pushing me for a quick escrow she said let me present to the seller first. Luckily I was able to have an entended escrow which was great. Usually, after going into escrow you have to chase the agent/broker down when you have questions but not Melody, she would take calls and get back to me ASAP with any questions I had. When I researched the market, she is definitely the market leader. I would use her again in a heartbeat because she is very honest and doesn't just say what you want to hear to get the sale or listing.

I highly recommend Justin if youre looking for an honest realtor!Justin really listens and gets to know your wish list. He knows Orange County very well and will recommend areas that fit your needs whether its good schools, walking trails, restaurants, etc.I really appreciated that Justin didnt try to talk me into any houses that were not a good fit. He was patient with me and was okay to keep looking until we found the right house. I never once felt pressured or pushed into making a decision I wasnt comfortable with. After a few months I found the perfect house for me and am very happy! Shopping for a house can be stressful but Justins calm and pragmatic manner really helped. When the house I wanted got multiple offers he gave me great advice on how to have the winning bid and I won! You wont regret working with Justin!
