ZillowVERIFIED Lex was a dream to work with. He stepped in when we needed to sell the house quickly. From the beginning, he was professional, responsive, insightful and very knowledgeable, particularly when it came to negotiating the terms of the final contract. He provided guidance through his connections on how to stage the house, provided top services in making sure the house showed extremely well and used his arsenal of marketing strategies (such as photography, videography, social media outlets etc) to help get the house sold. Even when the contract was ratified, his transaction associate Jared was very pleasant, professional, responsive and helpful in making this process smooth and painless. A lender recommended that we look up Lex Lianos, and after our first meeting with him we knew he could help us find our home. Lex was patient with all our questions about the home buying process and providing knowledgeable answers to those questions, as well as home ownership queries that popped into our heads as we toured houses. If Lex wasn't available when we were for tours (which only happened a couple times while we were looking at homes over a 2 month period), we worked with his associate Jason Goeller, who collaborated with Lex and provided guidance for us in Lex's stead. When we finally found our home, Lex went through section by section on the offer paperwork and provided options for what we could do to sweeten the deal for the homeowner. Through Lex's knowledge and experience of the competitive market in the Fairfax area, we were able to win the bid, even by not being the highest offer!
