Rick Ruiz has been a proud Nevadan since 2002, when he moved to Las Vegas to pursue his Master's Degree in Economics at UNLV. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Real Estate from California State University, Northridge. Licensed since 2002, Rick has successfully closed over 1,200 real estate transactions, including hundreds of short sales and foreclosures.
