ZillowVERIFIED Hugo was a blast to work with. As soon as I got approved for financing he laid down what to expect in this current house market. When I found a property that I loved and wanted to put an offer in, he was able to look at it strategically to make sure that I got my offer accepted. On top of that Hugo also back up the offer with contingencies that made sense for both me and the seller. I managed to win the first house I put an offer in. Hugo is a great person work with and I recommend him for any first time Home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers, we were overwhelmed with advice and recommendations from friends, ads in the mail, unreliable, confusing, contradictory results from online search engines. We had no idea which realtor to choose to help. It was a smart decision to chose Hugo A. Lopez as our realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us some good tips as to the things we needed to do during all the process. No matter how many questions weve asked, he was always patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and hard working.I highly recommend Hugo A. Lopez when looking for a realtor. What a difference to have a skilled agent in our corner I would suggest him to anyone who is looking for a new home. Thanks Hugo for making the process so much easier!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot thank Hugo enough for his time and patience he had with me during my first time home buying process. He was never pushy but always willing to assist and answer all of our questions. The lender we recommended was also very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED I would like to say that for being my first time purchasing a home, it felt like it was rather an easy process, I had known my realtor Hugo LA3pez only from social media, one time, talking to a couple of friends of mine he came up to the conversation and they recommended him 100 % for his realtor services, I contacted him based on that referral from my friends, and he guided me step by step on what to do to even apply for the loan, recommended the right loan officer and started showing me houses at random times, super early in the morning or super late at night based off on my work schedule, however, he never said no to me, he gave me good advice on the offer I was making and fought for some of the repairs that had to be made to my house, I could not be happier to be a newly home owner now, however, I firmly believe that by having the chance to work with the right real estate agent, in this case Hugo, it made the whole process, smother and somehow less nerve wracking, thank you for always answering my never ending questions and for always being there to help me whenever I had a concern about the process from beginning to the end, I could not be happier with the way the outcome was, thank you Hugo, thanks for being so good at what you do, truly appreciate your help and I'm looking to continue to working with you in the future when I purchase a second home.

ZillowVERIFIED After difficult situations with other Realtors, Hugo truly showed us the benefit to an honest and dedicated realtor who cares about his client. Hugo was not pushy and listened to our wants, needs, and must haves then immediately began showing properties. Hugo was available anytime of the day or night and truly goes above and beyond to help find the perfect home. Hugo provides thoughts and suggestions but never tries to take control. Hugo was extremely professional and the thing I liked most as a first time home buyer was his integrity, professionalism, and open feedback about the entire process. Hugo recommended a broker that was far beyond anything I could have expected. Its great to see the support team that Hugo uses to make your home buying experience has the same integrity and trust. Overall; if your looking to buy or build a new Home I highly recommend Hugo to help make your dream home come true.

ZillowVERIFIED I've known Hugo for over 10 years. He has always been personable, professional, and trustworthy. When I started thinking of purchasing my first home there was no doubt in my mind that Hugo would be the perfect person to help me find my perfect home. The actual home buying process is what scared me but Hugo helped change that quickly. He always responded to all of my questions in a timely manner and never seemed bothered of my many calls. He was always flexible and made me feel as though I was his only client. The entire process went very smoothly and I was in escrow within 2 weeks! I didn't think this would be possible in such a competitive market but Hugo made it possible. I will definitely be using Hugo when purchasing my next home!

ZillowVERIFIED Hugo recently helped me buy an investment property in Henderson, NV. Hugo's expertise and advice was invaluable. He was very patient and helpful, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. I live in California and was not always available to meet with him during the week and he always made sure to be available for me every time I went to Nevada. He also answered every question, even if I had already asked him the same question a thousand times. This was my first time buying a property without a co-signer and he connected me with the right lending team that got me pre-approved right away. Something that was very important to me was staying within my budget and he made sure he only showed me properties I could afford. I really appreciate that because prior to him, I had a realtor who showed me properties that were way out of my budget and I felt as if all she thought about was a commission check and not what was in my best interest. Hugo really made this process so smoothly and exciting. We celebrated as soon as escrow closed. Now he is working hard to find the perfect tenant for my new rental. He went above and beyond. I cannot recommend him enough, you will be so thankful to work with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Hugo exceeded my expectations. He was helpful, professional, and gave his honest opinion when it came to looking at houses. He got us pre-approved within a couple of days and we started looking. I unfortunately was out of town during this process, but Hugo again went out of his way and went to houses I would send him and FaceTime me. He made what would've been a difficult process, a painless one. He found us a house within a week in a very competitive buyer's market and we made an offer and got approved! He answered any questions we had and made our first home buying experience a memorable one! Definitely would recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Hugo is amazing! He made buying my first home easy. We started looking on the 1st of March and by the 30th I was completely moved in! I still cant believe how quick he made this happen! Once we started looking he was patient, he never pressured me to seeing myself in house I did not like. Once I found the house I liked he researched the home and made it happen! Thanks Hugo!!

ZillowVERIFIED Hugo is an incredible agent. He helped us to sell and buy at the same time. He was very patient with us as we searched for our new home. He helped us get into the home we wanted and did extra research and work to make it happen. Hugo made a video of our home and the community (Aliante), it was professional and fantastic the video with a drone. Our property consistently had the highest number of views of properties in the area on Zillow. In only 3 days in the market he sold out our property and then we could go ahead to buy our new house. It is hard to find honesty and integrity like that every day! Hugo Thanks for everything you did for us. If you want a agent with quick results call Hugo.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Hugo since we were teenagers. So I see him around social media and he has always been the sweetest. I see him post about his work as a realtor and I just see passion in him and I see that he loves what he does. So when it was time for me to think about buying, I did not hesitate to contact him first. From our first meeting to now I have been with Hugo and I could not be more happy and satisfied with it. Hugo went through the process of home buying with me so patiently. He was easy going, straight to the point but very professional. I know for a fact that he is a very busy person helping others reach their American dream just like me, but he never once did make me feel that I comepeted for his attention. Hugo made me feel like I was his priority and aloted plenty of time for me in this process. Hugo made it possible for me to be a proud first time home buyer. Thank you Hugo.-Eileen

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Realtor, Hugo A. Lopez was very positive one. I have purchased and sold homes in the past, and I have never experienced the level of professionalism with any other agents that I received from Hugo. He was always prompt to respond any questions whether big or small that I had thru my home-buying process. From the beginning Hugo gave me a sense of trust because there was no aEURoehiddenaEUR? anything, Hugo was always making sure I understood fully what I was doing before making any decisions. I will recommend him going forward because he is genuine and truly loves his profession. I could not have asked for more.
