Its hard to find words that would do Derek true justice. I found this man randomly while aimlessly calling around trying to schedule a viewing on a home, what luck I had! I had a TIGHT timeline to buy and move into my first home with no idea what I was doing, and he stepped right up to the plate and never shied away from the challenge. He was upfront from our very first talk and it left an impact. He was eager to help, he answered when I called, he actively looked for houses to view and encouraged me to be apart of the process as well. He laid out how everything would work as we were doing it and although we had a short amount of time, he never rushed me. He made sure we did things the right way so that I would be happy with the outcome. He will truly care about the investment you are making for your future!
