My name is Dan Rochon. I am an Associate Broker (licensed in 2007) in VA and MD, and my team and I serve Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Hampton Roads, VA. Dan Rochon and his team (Mudaser Jaura, Glenn Panes, Julleen and Shefa) were all outstanding!!! Dan Rochon had helped us buy houses for investment before, but this was the first time Dan had helped us sell our house, and again Dan did not disappoint me and yet just continued to amaze me. 1. PRICING. Dan priced our house so well that we sold it at the full price in less than 3 days despite the current market condition! While a friend of mine had her house sitting in the market for so long due to over pricing and missed some good opportunities.2. RESPONSIVENESS. The whole team works so good together, knowledgeable and very responsive. All are professional, cordial and very effective working efficiently on their designated tasks.3. GUIDANCE.
