From the moment we met Zohar Zamir, he understood that this wasnt just about buying a house, it was about finding the right place for our family to thrive. We initially worked with another Realtor and quickly realized how important local expertise truly is. Once we started working with Zohar, everything changed. His knowledge of Fair Lawn is second to none. He didnt just show us houses, he educated us on the different neighborhoods, their personalities, and helped us understand where we would genuinely feel at home. Inventory was incredibly limited, and we had a hard deadline because we needed to be in town before the school year started. And very honest - Tali was telling us the good points of one of the houses we went to look at on our way there, but as soon as we stepped into the basement she told us not to get that one because she could tell it had mold. Her estimates on expenses and what houses were worth seemed spot on with what things ended up being. We spent around 6 months or so looking for a house with her and she was very patient with us as we figured out what we were actually looking for, as this was our first home and we had no idea what we were doing. We finally found a house we liked and are very happy with it! Home ownership comes with all sorts of things, but Tali has been a great asset in helping us figure out the ropes, even post-purchase. ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca was really such a pleasure to work with when we began looking to buy a home back in the Summer of 2021. When we first met with Rebecca we expressed to her that we did not have any need nor desire to rush the process, and asked her to be patient with us. Rebecca was very understanding of this. She started out by showing us a number of houses in the neighborhood at varying asking prices. This really helped us get a better understanding of the different types of houses and what we might be able to expect in different pricing tiers. Ultimately, we found a house that we really liked and wanted to make an offer on. We placed an offer that was below asking price, but were not outright rejected. Rebecca and the team behind her at Zamir helped us negotiate to find some middle ground and eventually our offer was accepted. While we did have to increase our offer a little bit, we were still satisfied that Rebecca made sure we didn't go past our upper limit. After out offer was accepted, Rebecca continued to be super helpful in making recommendations for inspectors, lawyers, title companies etc that would need to be involved next. In fact, we still reach out to Rebecca today when we have a need for home repair/maintenance referrals! And overall, throughout, Rebecca was very responsive to all of our calls and texts. Would definitely recommend working with her!

He's extremely knowledgeable across the North/Central Jersey area, and he definitely felt like he was on my team during the whole process for buying a home. He never was too pushy, and always made sure to have an up-to-date understanding of our preferences for a home. He also has a great eye for issues when viewing homes - Michael could easily tell us what kind of issues we should look out for during inspection, or would point out when a house has potentially too many issues to safely put in an offer.During the buying process, Michael was also a strong negotiator, and knew how and when to push the sellers for more. Beyond this, he was able to forward contacts of folks he knows in the area for all the resources a home buyer would ever need (attorney, inspector, even home renovation contractors).
