Where to start? We needed a house in two months in a very hot seller's market. We're in real estate-related fields and licensed, but it became clear that the surest, least aggravating way to get a home--the right home--would be with the help of an experienced agent. Robyn got it done. She knew agents, neighborhoods, past home histories (several times from having been an agent involved in a prior sale), how to structure and present an offer, etc. And because of her experience, she was just great with us as clients--never "salesy" and always checking in to see that we were sure of the next step we wanted to take.
