When we received an offer, she was very thorough in discussing its merits, enabling us to pass on a few offers without reservation. When we received the offer, which in time became a sale, she handled communication, and logistics with the buyers, which included dealing with buyers who were out of state, inspectors, termite mitigation, and visits from an Architect drawing up plans for some remodeling in the home. If we had another property to sell in Mariahs working region, we would be very pleased to team with her again.
