We were first time home buyers and working with Mariah made the experience so much less daunting! She approached us at her listing, as we looked very lost, and right away offered some advice even though we hadn't committed to working with her as an agent. She is patient, kind, and passionate about her work. She was also able answer all our questions in a timely manner. She broke down the process of buying a home in terms we would understand, and she was very transparent about it all the behind the scenes work, which was much appreciated. In the case where exceptional services have been provided, I'm concerned a viewer may dismiss the review as an unconsidered evaluation, which undervalues the nature of the review. These marks are not unconsidered. Mariah was truly outstanding throughout the selling process, and we recommend her without reservation. The property was owned by my sister, and I provided her with assistance through the process remotely from another state. Mariah navigated the challenges inherent with communications in this case. The process was as seamless as it could have been; very much a team effort. My sister has some aging challenges, and Mariah was very sensitive, communicating comprehensively with us, and reminding my sister of meetings in advance. She handled a numerous issues preparing the home for sale, beyond simple staging, including a number of repairs. When we received an offer, she was very thorough in discussing its merits, enabling us to pass on a few offers without reservation. When we received the offer, which in time became a sale, she handled communication, and logistics with the buyers, which included dealing with buyers who were out of state, inspectors, termite mitigation, and visits from an Architect drawing up plans for some remodeling in the home. If we had another property to sell in Mariahs working region, we would be very pleased to team with her again.

She was also very responsive and easy to reach, which was amazing for someone like me who had a lot of questions throughout the process! She was always quick to respond, answered every question we had, and made sure we understood each step of the process. Buying a home can be stressful, but she made us feel confident and supported the entire time. On top of that, she did an incredible job negotiating credits for us, which helped keep our closing costs under $1,000. We never felt pressured at any point during our home search, and she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home instead of just making a sale. We truly couldnt have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for all of Mariahs hard work, guidance, and support throughout this journey.
