In the middle of the holiday season, having a large family, and a complex situation. None of these factors deterred Rob, Holden, and the rest of the Greenblatt team. They are truly the best of the best. Listed and sold our current home, and closed out on our dream home in just two months. I can't thank Robert Greenblatt enough for helping me navigate the complicated and overwhelming process of selling my parents' home on their behalf from hundreds of miles away. He and his team were there to offer advice and jump in at any time, always responding to my questions and requests promptly and thoroughly. He did an amazing job guiding us through the process of selling the house, always respectful of my parents' preferences and patiently walking us though the pros and cons of the options available to us at every step of the way. When problems came up, he referred me to professionals who worked with me remotely to do the work we needed quickly. He truly went above and beyond in helping us manage the work we needed to do to prepare the house for sale. In the end, everything went very smoothly and we were able to sell my parents' home quickly and at a great price even during the "slow season" in winter. I can't recommend him enough if you're looking for a realtor who will work hard for you and always be responsive to your needs, preferences, and circumstances.

Working with Robert was like working with family! He came in did the tour of our house, sat with us and walked us through the entire process. He listened to all of our questions and concerns, even if we may have asked the same question multiple times. Robert was able to get our house on the market and sold in such a timely manner that was stress free. It made selling our home to its new buyer easy!
