I brought my dad to his office to help my parents sell their lot after their home was burned in the Eaton fire. I had good vibes after meeting Brad and knew he and his team would get my parents lot sold for a fair price. Brad and his team stayed in contact with me and my parents every step of the way and the sale from first listing til closing went by smoothly with no problems. Their office sent us weekly reports on the progress of the listing and the pictures they took of the lot were very beautifully and professionally done.
