His expertise in managing the listing, marketing my house and leading and directing the entire process from an initial consultation to closing was exceptional. My house was an older property that required significant renovations and updating in order to make it appealing to buyers and fetch the most competitive offers. The Sheperd's Group 'concierge program' handled all of the renovations under Jason's direction and expertise. What could have been a stressful, expensive and time-consuming process turned out to be a very smooth operation.
