Carol Anne was awesome! She guided us through the selling process. Helped in staging the house making it more attractive to prospective buyers. I would highly recommend Carol Anne to anyone looking to sell or buy a house!!!!!!

Carol Anne is a true professional and a friend!! She went above and beyond in every aspect!! I would highly recommend her to everyone!! I give her 5 stars for everything she does !!!

Carol Ann gets a five straight across the board. She is quick to respond to any questions. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find out for you. We have used her for both buying and selling and she is a caring Christian person who can soothe all of your worries and make sure the closing process is smooth.

Carol Anne was the epitome of a top notch professional facilitating the sell of our property. She was conscientious, responsive, and a real go getter. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Miss Karissa was on top of everything and helped me close on the property faster than expected
