The very first house we were interested in "just happened" to be listed by this couple. Of course, we know it was a God thing. This started an easy and special relationship with a very Christian couple. Tom and Carol Anne went above and beyond to help us in our quest for a new home, showing us more than 25 houses before finding our dream home. Then, when it got sold out from under us, they informed us about the possibility of a "backup offer", which we decided to do. Five days later, Carol Anne called to tell us that "God winked!" and the house was ours! Tom also went above the "call of duty" by taking care of some of the items on the inspection list for us since we lived 3 hours away. She identified other houses to show us while we were viewing homes. We travelled 3 1/2 hours mostly on the weekends and Carol didn't hesitate in adjusting her schedule & working through the weekends to help us. All we can say is Carol & Tom are awesome realtors.

With in an hour we received a call from Carol Heilman. My husband and I talked to her about getting together to help us find a home, she asked us some questions about what we wanted and asked us to make a list of what was most important to us in the home we were looking for. When we got together she immediately made us feel at ease and like we were her only client's. We went over our want list and that same day she already had properties ready to go see. This told us that she had listened to us when we talked the first time. Carol always was looking, she would email listings to us and if there was one we liked we could call her, she would answer our calls or call right back. When we got together to see property she always had a list of them for us to see. Carol never gave up she always made us feel important she was very respectful, personable and professional. She worked hard for us and she found us our home. I have and will always refer Carol Heilman to family and friends as the best realtor they could have to find there forever home.
