Bruno H. Zavaleta, III, founder and owner of Zavaleta Realty, is a native of South Texas. He was born and raised in Brownsville, where much of his family still resides, and completed his B.B.A. at the University of Texas, San Antonio. Bruno worked in the corporate world for several years and earned his M.B.A. St. Mary's University before returning to Brownsville in 2009 and entering real estate. In 2012, Bruno obtained his broker's license and shortly thereafter opened his real estate firm, Zavaleta Realty. Since then, Bruno has been a driving force in the real estate industry in the region through his work consistently serving the people of Cameron County as a top producer. Through Zavaleta Realty, Bruno provides his clients personalized real estate services by combining the latest technology with a personable approach. Bruno is known for his warmth and candor, his attention to detail and his relentless dedication to customer service. His willingness to go beyond what is expected allows him to respond to the unexpected " and to find the best solutions for his clients. He is currently a Director on the Brownsville-South Padre Island Board of Realtors, a position he has held several times over the years, he sits on the Texas Realtors Land Use Committee and the MLS Committee. In 2019 he was named both Realtor of the Year by Brownsville-South Padre Island Board of Realtors and Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women's Council of Realtors. In addition to being a real estate broker, Bruno is active in the Brownsville community at large. He is a member of Rotary International and serves on the board of the Children's Museum. He supports cancer charities with his wife, cancer survivor Beverly A. Zavaleta MD, and hopes to survive getting his two sons through college.

We had an exceptional experience with Bruno and his team during the sell of my parents home in Brownsville. We were faced with a few challenges prior to deciding to sell my parent's home after they moved with us to Dallas, TX - sentimental value, long distance, and trust in the process and this economy. All these challenges were dissolved by him. The house sold in less than 3 months!!! The process was very smooth, all the negotiations handled fairly and correctly, prompt communications, amazing treatment but above all his trustworthiness. His advice is priceless. This was a 100% worry free experience. My parents are very happy with the sell transaction. The only thing I wish for is that he and his firm were here in Dallas to help us sell another property.
